Heritage Communities of Omaha Closes on Land for Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead, Their Second Senior Living Community in the Phoenix Metro
(January 19, 2015 – Omaha, NE) As of January 16th, Heritage Communities of Omaha, NE, in partnership with Telis Commercial Real Estate of Phoenix, has closed on land located on 67th Avenue just north of Bell Road in Glendale. The site will soon become Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead, the company’s second assisted living and memory care community in the Phoenix metro area. Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead will feature 82 assisted living apartments and 18 memory care apartments. The building is being designed by Reece Angel Rowe Architects who designed the developers other property Orchard Pointe at Surprise, in Surprise, Arizona. Construction on the new project is slated to begin in May, and open in the Fall of 2016. Established in 2001, Heritage Communities owns and manages 10 senior living communities throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Arizona, two of which are scheduled to open in 2015.
